This place has single-handedly ruined Japan as a whole for me. Such a horrible experience.2 days ago I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge from them. I really wanted the Galaxy Note Edge but its not in Softbank's lineup and the companies that do offer it are much more expensive monthly. Also my wife is on Softbank so I went with them so we could do a family plan. Anyways, so I get home late and take the phone out of the box and notice there is no charger. I had already seen other videos and info about the phone online before purchasing and knew the charger that comes with the phone was a really good high speed charger. So of course I figure there was a mistake and they forgot to put my charger in the box. I returned after work last night after I finished work only to then be informed the phone does not come with a charger and the fact that it is an option. If it was an option should I have not been informed of this at the time of purchase? Any decent customer service would inform you of options you may NEED or even want to add at time of purchasing a product. Especially with it being such an important part of the phone. Why are earphones and some tv antenna thing part of the set but a charger not? Of course I'm super upset like any normal person would be and ask if I can return the phone. The girl says no, I cant even though I just purchased it the night before and had not even been able to use it as there was no charger. I would rather pay way more monthly to the other companies and know what I'm getting into beforehand then have this kind of thing done unknowingly. This is seriously the worst service I have ever had from a company in my entire life. We sign a contract on trust and agree to stay with your company because of it yet you cheat people out of something so small as a charger. This is such a terrible business practice. It should be standard practice to let customers know a main part of a phone isnt included before purchase. Even toys say on the box that something isnt included but needed. We pay close to $1000 and a charger isnt even included? Now I have to waste time going to every social media outlet I can to express my extreme discontent and so others do not make the same mistake as me trusting this company and place.

接客が最悪、店員がバカ。嫌な思いしたくない人は行かない方がいい

よく利用します。接客、商品説明共に良いですが、しばしば混んでいて待ちが出ます。 待ちスペースにビデオが流れていて雑誌がたくさん置いてあるのがありがたいです。
